2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
We maintain a comprehensive database of job seekers and actively source candidates through advertisements, internal records, and professional networks. Every applicant undergoes a thorough screening process, including resume verification, interviews, and background checks, to ensure they meet the employer's criteria.
3. Trade & Technical Testing
For skilled positions, candidates may be required to take trade or technical tests to assess their abilities. These assessments are conducted at authorized training centres, ensuring that only competent workers are selected.
4. Shortlisting
The most suitable candidates are shortlisted based on their performance and qualifications. The selected applicants are presented to employers for final selection. Employers may choose to conduct interviews directly or delegate the selection process to our recruitment team.
5. Medical Examination
Selected candidates undergo a complete medical check-up at government-approved hospitals or clinics. Only those who are physically fit and meet the health standards of the hiring country proceed to the next stage.
6. Visa Processing & Documentation
We handle all the necessary paperwork, including visa applications, employment contracts, and approvals from the Department of Labour. Our efficient processing ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for both employers and candidates.
7. Pre-Employment Training & Orientation
Before departure, candidates receive training on job responsibilities, workplace expectations, labour laws, and cultural adaptation. Language and soft skills training are also provided, ensuring they are well-prepared for their new roles.
8. Travel, Deployment & Onboarding Support
